This seller is HORRIBLE! I have had to contact Walmart customer service 4 times now to get a status on my return. It has been almost 2 months since I returned the item via Federal Express (the tracking number confirmed delivery) and the seller has been unresponsive to Walmart customer service inquiries. I was told by the Walmart Customer Service Representative that there was nothing that they could do! I've had to dispute the transaction via my credit card company in order to hopefully get my money back. Shame on you Walmart for not refunding my money, even though you have confirmation of the delivery of the return back to the seller! This will be the LAST time I EVER purchase an item via a 3rd party seller on Walmart.com.
