BEWARE: I was sent a bill a week after I received my order from UPS charging me $16.20 for International Package Services. These costs were not listed in the item description. I'm a Walmart member so I received free shipping. No where did that excessive cost show up. It was more than double the item I purchased. If I had known that I would not have purchased.

Bought two of this HDMI switch, a known brand name, and both were dead on arrival. The only thing working on both were the LED lights. How is that possible seller?

Timely shipping. Found their customer service online and used their chat box to iron out sound settings and they really worked towards reconciling the issue. No problem there. As no manual came with the unit they directed me to a site that had it to download and that was very helpful but overall had to return the unit as it did not really do what I wanted overall. See my review. btw their customer service did all they could do and were very easy to work with.
