It might not have been the seller's fault that it was misadvertized as acoustic-electric, but the seller should have known about the sound being off. In the seller's favor, no problem returning it. I suspect it had been previously returned by another buyer.

Seller VERY rude. Item shipped from Florida to Indiana in one day, then shipping tracker showed delayed for 9 days. Tried to contact seller who condescended it has only been 9 days, and if I do not like it, I should shop locally. Would if I could, Disabled with mobility issues and no transportation. Needless to say, neither I, or anyone in my family will be patronizing Total Music in Florida ever again.
