Product was listed as “Excellent Condition Like-new condition with micro-scratches invisible at arm's length.” But had deep scratches on the top frame and a deep gash on the left visible from arms length then the the ring/silent switch barley works hard to move up and down. phone screen looks dark even with brightness up all the way. Battery wasn’t in the best condition. Back cameras work badly scratched. And packaging wasn’t the best.. a box put into a little flimsy FedEx envelope no protection for the phone.

I bought a "Like New" condition restored iPhone and it arrived with a battery health of 73% which is terrible. The item description states battery health is guaranteed to be at least 80% for all restored iPhones. This phone is clearly heavily used (noted by the low battery health) and should not be listed as "Like New" condition. This item being listed as a "Like New" restored product is very misleading on multiple levels. I will be returning this item. A lot of other reviews are stating similar problems with this seller. Despicable that a reputable company like Walmart still has this seller on their Marketplace based on all the red flag reviews and this seller's clear history of misleading customers.
