All was well until I opened my black ink cartridge. I am aware there is a certain way to turn the cap clockwise but when I did it splattered everywhere. Even on my carpet!!!!! I can not use this cartridge and will be taking it back to a store an hour away. If they don't accept it for some reason I'll have to send it back in it's ziploc bag.
