Quick shipment, works well. With their switch, and a new control board, my old freezer is running like new.

The kit was incomplete and have tried to contact vendor. Still have not heard from them, but talked with the Walmart rep and he said the company was waiting for address verification, so I had the Walmart rep verify. Still not communication with the vendor and still waiting on missing parts.

Seller delivered parts right on time had no problem installing was exact fit would use them again.

We received the item we ordered and it was well packaged.

Terrible packaging. Twice. Did not resolve or support a resolution. Told me to 'manipulate' the damaged product, 'try and make work'.

Dis not communicate directly with seller, only with Walmart

I’m sorry, but this part made our washer continue to leak water! We took it back off our washing machine……..how do I return? Thank you so much for any and all help in this matter!! Terri Eslin
