Absolutely disgusting! This item arrived USED, covered in what looked like baby spit up, and had clearly been repackaged and resold as new. Completely unacceptable and beyond unsanitary. I returned it immediately and will NEVER buy from this manufacturer again. Shameful!

Very happy with how responsive the seller is - they informed me that my package was left in my mailbox after I reached out, concerned when I couldn’t find the package at my door. I checked my mailbox and true to word, it was left safely in there! The product itself - 4-pack silver and gold germ keys are in brand new condition and absolute perfect in size with beautiful finish!
