Zwilling J.A. Henckels

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this knife set and the warranty service provided by Henckels. I purchased the Henckels Graphite 14-piece Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set expecting the quality associated with a well-known brand. Unfortunately, after less than three months of normal household use, several knives began peeling and showing clear defects. A knife set at this price point should last for years, not months. The warranty process has been equally frustrating. Henckels initially informed me that the Graphite set was out of stock and offered a replacement with the Modernist 14-piece Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set. I accepted the replacement and was required to return all of my knives before they would ship the new set, leaving my household without essential kitchen tools. After waiting nearly two weeks without knives, I contacted customer service for an update, only to be told that the replacement had not been shipped because they did not have inventory available. This made no sense, since the Modernist set had been offered specifically because the Graphite set was unavailable. If the replacement was also out of stock, that should have been disclosed before I was asked to return my knives. While customer service representatives were polite, the overall process revealed serious issues with inventory management and warranty fulfillment. Customers should not be left without basic kitchen tools for weeks due to defective products and poor coordination between departments. A lifetime warranty has little value if the replacement process is this inefficient and inconvenient. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the warranty service behind it.

They are nice knives. But after you wash them a couple times and they’re drying they start to rust. I’ll never buy them again.

It is hard to find good knives like this now and days because many companies cut corners but these knives seem perfect and truly high quality.

In prior notes. Packaging looked as though it was done by a kindergarten class.

Heard a lot of good name and reviews from Zwilling. But very disappointed.

We had issues twice with broken merchandise during shipping but was refunded quickly.
