Horrible customer service! I paid for rush delivery so the purse would be delivered on April 11th. I received an email stating it's been delayed and will be delivered on April 12th. Then I received another email stating it won't arrive until April 17th which is way after I need it. When I emailed the seller, all they responded back with, was "It's in transit." DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! THEY DON'T HONOR WHAT THEY SAY!

Took weeks to receive the item. When I received the item, it was the wrong color. They never did contact me back to see what I could do to exchange the item. Horrible business! Would not recommend at all. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star!
