I didn't have to contact the seller, but, the sandals I purchased are a bit higher at regular prices for the type of material used to make them. Also, the packaging was subpar in my opinion, the sandals came in a shrink type plastic wrap and not in any type of box to protect them and the "tag" was just laid on top of the shoe, not even tied onto the shoe like tags from Walmart usually are. Because of the way of packaging of these shoes the seller risks the sandals getting damaged due to the soft plastic material they are made out of, at the very least getting indentations in the sandals from other products being in the box with these sandals if multiple items are purchased. I was fortunate that I only had clothing in the package with the sandals that where in their own plastic bags so no potential damage was done to these soft plastic/silicon (?) sandals.

Really cute, really comfy, had to order in another color, wish they had more color options, especially beige.
