Shipping was a little late but I was kept informed about it, and I completely understand sometimes things happen beyond your control. Contacted seller about how to adjust tension springs for recliner and have gotten no response email or telephone call

The bed from is cheap and poorly designed, and made with cheap materials. The wood used to support the bed is soft, so don't expect this last long. I should've known better than to order furniture for Walmart. money wasted i guess.

I wanted to return. nobody gives back to you, so you’re stuck with them, I guess. Filed a complaint with Walmart. Don’t buy third-party from products from Walmart
