Not the correct size. You should state if it fits old or new style, since they are different sizes, so others do not make the same mistake. Not worth returning since the cost to return is more than I paid for the item and you do not pay shipping to have it returned. Plus your instructions on returning the item is so detailed and if you get it wrong you charge an additional 15%. Not cool.

First sent the wrong product. I filed a complaint immediately upon receiving an incorrect product. Horrible customer service. Took over 72 hours before any response to the complaint filed with them.

BUYER BEWARE! Seller listed a case of 24 Swamp Cooler Pads and shipped 1 pad. They claimed it was a listing error and refused to honor the sale or compromise in any way. BAD FAITH SELLER.

Just horrible how do you sell 1 single fence stays for $70 and then put on sell for $15 and put in description 34lb makes people think it's a case of them. I waited a week to get 2 cases 68lbs worth to do a job and I get these 2 single fence stays. Just horrible yall should be ashamed.

Dewalt DCE511b job site fan was ordered but the Dewalt DCE512b was shipped to me. The 511b is more expensive and has more features. Was charged for the 511b.

Excellent service and a good price for the product.

Seller sent me a $5 wire connector. When I complained that I was expecting 100 wire connectors (and asked them to send the other 99 connectors), they refunded my purchase but did not otherwise reply to my message.
