Having a communication issue with seller. I submitted a return request on 2/24/2026. I have submitted photos of pen as requested by seller. Submitted photos again because customer care claimed they did not receive the photos, and I have not gotten a response from them since.

Bad site,they just want to sell stuff when they make a sell they don't care about customer. Don't ever buy from this site.

Difficult to get in touch with due to email relay system. Trying to return watch since band doesn't fit. Sent picture of watch in 3 separate reply emails and they still didn't confirm receipt. I think they are hiding behind the email relay system, so they don't have to refund my money.

The watch arrived i guess earlier than expected. Which is awesome! plus, the colors of the watch matches my boyfriend's style. Satified with the images, they indeed were accurate.
