Didn’t want to refund my money. I had to file a complaint with Walmart to get my money back. They had my product back for over 3 weeks and didn’t refund until Walmart kicked them in the a%26%

Its big and seats 6 people. Heats great. Love the lights and fountain waterfall. My onky complaint, is the seats are deep enough. They don't allow you to soak deep enough and you almost float out of the seat, it doesn't cradle your bottom enough...

Very good , got information along the way and a call to ask a good time and day for it to be delivered, of course has to be an adult at home for it to be delivered , which I liked that . Truck driver got a little lost but called and asked for more information, 30 minutes later they arrived :)
