Was angered when I received an email telling me the item wasn’t returnable if opened. How can you even inspect it without opening the pkg?

They arrived on time, after opening and looked at the item, these will not hold up for long. The elastic band is thin and will stretch and break after some use.

Had no problems. Arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described.

The one arrived open and the other was taped but they won't allow for a return if they are. Thankfully there wasn't a problem with the product and they didn't fall out everywhere during shipping.

I don't know if the seller realizes that the item is not leather so perhaps the blame is not directly on them. Or maybe it is. I wanted to letter a name on it but the ink may be repelled. I will have to figure a work around. This is going to be harder than anticipated.

They arrived quickly and without damage. I am grateful they still make the simplest these simple barrettes that hold thin hair!

The item arrived safely and even more quickly than originally scheduled.

I figured there would be a problem when there was a sticker put on the package that said “Once this item/items are opened they will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange per our return policy” but I needed ponytail holders and had a hard time finding this type. The only way to find out there IS a problem is to open the package and check the items. The elastics on the ponytail holders must be old because they stretch out upon the first use. They are all too loose now, with one actually cracking in many places along the elastic band. I think the seller knew they were defective and that’s why the sticker was put on the package. Great way for them to get rid of a bunch of useless merchandise at top price with no consequences.
