Purchased May 1st, Delivered to me May 11th (day after Mother's Day!! Expected on the 9th Late in the Day before Mother's Day!! I stayed awake until Midnight expecting that late May 9th delivery! What took so long to ship it to me that it had to arrive Mother's day weekend? But it finally was delivered on the Monday after M/D!!? I'd say slow delivery which could have missed the Holiday weekend!

They tried to pass off a different model, which is plagued with problems. Called it a free upgrade. When I refused, they offered $100 off. When I refused, they harassed me and delayed my refund. They are ghosting me. Do not trust this seller.

Fast shipping and delivery experience overall, but I did run into an issue with missing items from my bundle order. After opening the package, I noticed several accessories listed in the product description were not included, including the charger and SD card. I contacted the seller for assistance and am currently waiting for the issue to be resolved. Communication has been slower than I expected, with responses taking a few days at a time. I’m hopeful the missing items will still be sent and that this can be resolved positively. At the time of writing this review, I have not yet been able to use the camera because the necessary accessories were not included in the package.
