Did not know my computer came from a third party vendor rather than Walmart. Now I am dealing with someone I do not know, who will not return my phone call. Had a to file a dispute with my credit card while trying to get my $319.48 refund back from my defective purchase after returning the laptop back to the store the day after receipt.

Super professional and understanding. I purchased a calculator online, and my husband purchased one from a brick and morter. Given the cost, i needed to return one, and since this one hadnt been opened it was to DJ C. They issued the refund with not questions and quickly!! Thank you
