I use this item for the first time last week when the temperature got really cold. The hot chocolate was made around 7:30 a.m. and by 3 o’clock in the afternoon it was still hot. Great product!

I was very disappointed in the way this item was shipped. It was crammed into a soft USPS priority bag that barely fit the item. The item was poor quality and not what I expected.
