I bought this rack for extra storage for our guest. It's sturdy and can hold a lot of items.

“I received the product quickly, and it was very well protected at the corners. Excellent service overall.”

the product was well packaged and came very quickly. i was very happy how it the directions were clear and easy

Never got the missing pieces after calling the number provided

Great job shipping, protected the corners of the box with plastic pieces in the corners, styrofoam and heavy duty zip ties. It also came in a couple days early! They also give extra screws for putting it up.

I just wrote a review, and it was the first time I wrote a bad review actually a horrible review and it was only because of laziness with delivering something that was severely damaged and then not reimbursing me a dime after sending it back?

Have not contacted or dealt with seller. Very fast delivery.
