I sent this seller a message requesting a return of this item because I am not satisfied with it, but I received no response. Has been 10 days

I do not recommend Rareitem as a seller. From the moment I submitted a return request—on the same day the product was delivered because it was the wrong fit—they began to overwhelm me with a barrage of emails. The communication quickly felt aggressive and borderline bullying. Instead of a straightforward return process, I received repeated messages that seemed to insinuate I might return a “used” product, even though I had just received it and immediately requested the return. The sheer volume and tone of their emails made the experience stressful and unpleasant. If you value a hassle-free and respectful return process, I suggest avoiding this seller.

Really sad that seller don’t properly describe items for sale - this is clearly a CHRISTMAS item but nowhere in the title was it described as such.

Avoid this seller at all costs. They sent me a damaged product then after returning the damaged item tried to pressure me into contacting Walmart to have the refund reversed. They sent several threatening messages and even antagonistic emails. I obviously have reported the seller to Walmart. Seriously these people are nuts, avoid.

First time purchasing a product from this company. Well worth the cost.
