Shipping was fine. The vile was sent without a hazmat identification labeling it corrosive. The bottle itself is labeled corrosive.

My package was not damage or improperly packed. Thank you.

I like everything about the product because slides are neatly packed in a wooden box, and is easily seen under microscope

The blank slides are dirty! When I put the blank slides (right out of the box) under microscope and move it around it has a lot of traces of old bacteria and structures. What does it mean by pre-cleaned slides? It looks like they did not clean the slides or I received a returned/used item again. I bought a microscope from Amscope as well and it was missing a few things. However they send the missing items to me immediately when I informed them about it. I cannot get a good contrast on 100x magnification lens and everything is very blurry on 100x magnification. I am not happy with the microscope.

My kids loves it especially after the other two brands I’ve tried didn’t work and one was sent used and broken. This one even came with batteries I definitely would recommend this for beginners

The only thing it needs is a better manual, on how to use prepare a blank slide.

I had no problems with this company, product shipped very quickly and was packaged well. Absolutely no complaints, the experience was wonderful.

This seller was great. There was a seamless transition from the Wal-Mart ordering portal and the Am-Scope shipping department. The shipment arrived a day early, and was in great condition. No components were damaged, and the case was intact.

I paid extra to have it delivered in a timely manner but it was late and left in the rain
