The shipping was fine. The product itself was not as descriped. I actually bought two, one for each of my grand pups, who are both senior dogs, in different households. Neither bed had enough padding, its like they went cheap on the filling in the bed. Especially the center, was flat and no cushioning whatsoever. Very disappointed 😞. 3 stars are for shipping, 1 star for product.
