somebody did not realize that ceramic needs cushioning, ship a box suitable only for those plastic things.

Packaging and shipment were very good. Instructions needed spell checking, but pictures were adequate for installation.

seller/shipper, wanted me to sign a waiver that showed the item was received undamaged. The shipper had the unit on its side with the skid strapped on it's side with the item. They pulled it out and laid it down the way it should go. The shipper tried hard to get me to sign a waiver of damage. I couldn't inspect the items and still wanted me to sign several electronic pages of fine text waiving damages etc. I'm quite suprised it wasn't damaged after all.

Product was sent out quick and packaged so it would not break during shipment!

please return Item. 3 days after the 30 day return policy that being Walmart usually 90 days. Walmart needs to put 30 days in big letters. Item didn't fit and will never be used.
