My order from HYPERLIVINGKIDS arrived on time and was packaged well, so no issues there. However, the product was missing a few things I expected, like batteries for the remote and train tracks. While the item itself works, it would have been more helpful if everything needed to use it was clearly included or better communicated. Overall, an okay experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
