Not packaged very well to protect the product. It was bent in 4 places since it had a piece of cardboard on one side only!!! Not even a piece on both sides of the product to protect it. 🤨 Fortunately I was able to straighten it out without damaging it.

the packing needs to be heavier. due to the flimsiness of the item and the packing, it was bent during the mailing process BUT, once i straightened it out, it is as cute as can be!!!

I bought straws through Walmart and they were shipped by this seller, Home Spirit Essentials. It took nearly two weeks to arrive and the bag holding the straws was ripped completely opened down one side. They had to have known it was damaged when it was packed because the outside packaging was in good shape.
