The box came in one piece and not like it had been thrown around. All the pieces were there and directions easy to follow. This is my first time buying from this seller, so I do not have a review, and I purchased the purifier about 2 months ago and have not needed to contact seller.

This was so beyond disappointing! It want advertised that it’s a tiny unit! You have to really look and read to see the size! It’s advertised that the normal price is almost 80.00 so you think it’s a great deal! Very very disappointing!
