This vendor is falsely stating product authenticity. After receiving it and further inspection of the Samsung A11 tablet it turns out to be a fake. Please beware of this vendor and their product listings.

It's like brand new. Great Galaxy tablet for the money. Can't beat it.

Awful experience, does not disclose where phone originates from which can create issue with your carrier and services they can provide on that phone.

I ordered 2 Samsung galaxy tab A11, I received only one and Walmart refused to refund me. Please be aware of this scammer seller. Please no one buy from them.

I didnt know this was a global version as it was not listed in description but got it to work with carrier

I purchased a tablet from this seller through Walmart, and the screen brightness does not adjust at all. Even when you go into the settings and turn the brightness all the way up, the screen stays extremely dark. I literally had to use a flashlight just to see anything on the display. Setting it up was almost impossible because the screen was so dim, but even after completing the setup and adjusting every brightness option available, nothing improved. On the highest setting, the screen is still too dark to use. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this seller to anyone.

Beware that this seller might sell you international version of certain products. I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy tab s11 and I suspected something was wrong while I was setting my tablet up. I decided to do a reset and that's when I found this tablet was the north Africa version. keep in mind that certain apps and functions might be locked by region if you are in usa. Before I purchased i made sure to read the details and nowhere it says that this was different version of the tablet.

Phone is not what they said. It does not have wifi calling. Sent 2 messages with no response back.
