Phone provided does not fully function with Verizon (e.g. Wi-Fi calling cannot be activated). I am told I need to return it and replace with one directly from Samsung. Extremely disappointed and highly frustrated.

Ordered a Galaxy A9 Tablet. It came with Manufacturer’s seal opened. Maybe someone has even used it. If it’s refurbished or used it should clearly state that in the listing. This is false advertising.

Phone was the wrong region (Malaysia). It is falsely listed under the "US Version" product page.

i love this phone! It is so fast when moving page to page. The picture quality is amazing too. My last phone was the A16 Series. I did not like it. This phone is a little smaller than I like. However it is still a great phone with alot of fun perks to it.

I ordered an unlocked phone, went through all of the difficulty of setting up only to find that the phone is locked.

I still haven't been refunded for the Samsung Tablet that they sent the wrong model to me. I have never even had a response from my initial email

Delivery was on time, and arrived in excellent condition. Works great.

Sold and advertised a phone that wasn't unlocked and serial numbers and model didn't match up. I ended up returning for refund.

Total Scam: Ad was U.S. Version, Sent over international version ( which are uzually far cheaper due to lacking of bands which US carriers have )
