The item arrived on a timely basis. Questions asked of seller about product after delivery were never answered. The phone I ordered was supposed to be new and unlocked, instead I was delivered a foreign phone in an opened package that was taped back shut. I returned as I can not trust what I was buying.

Accuracy of order: The charger did not match the tablet. I have to use my phone charger. The shipping information was changed. The tablet had 3 serial numbers separate laying in the box with the tablet. I do not want any more shipments through Hot Deals. Thank you.
