the tablet that was purchased doesn't work right. when my husband gets on his email it's shuts off, when he's on Facebook, if he wants to read something it rotates so the article is upside-down, then he clicks on another thing he wants to look at and it flips the opposite way. can't find a way to contact the seller, so this will have to do. also the cord or charging block don't work either.

item came in as specified/detailed in description, in perfect condition, and works outstanding. i would putchase from seller again and recommend them to anyone for this item. ty seller!

Honestly, not 100% sure this was a new product, the inner packaging looked weird and it was oddly sealed.

I tried contacting them directly about their Samsung 5G tablet being incompatible with all carriers I tried. No response.

I .purchased a Samsung A7 tablet. It worked for 7 weeks, too late to return to Walmart. Repair in local area won't deal with it. Have to ship it to Samsung. Real pain.

It was actually the driver they just dropped it on the porch and left it when they usually bring it to my door upstairs which helps me alot I'm waiting for knee surgery but if you can't make it upstairs which you usually always have at least set it inside the door anybody could have stolen it
