No ofrecen garantía, no tengo la garantía la moto se empezó a desarmar del escape de atrás y de abajo. Los cables de las llantas salían mucho para afuera y mi hijo corriendo la moto se cayó porque les el cable se estacó en uno de los discos de frenos tuve que cortarlos para que siguiera mi hijo, manejando. Después de eso se empezó a desarmar del escape de atrás y de abajo.

This seller is super shady. I ordered (2) 49cc dirt bikes for my kids for Christmas. The product was listed as having plenty in stock. Several days later 1 dirt bike arrived in the mail. I called Walmart customer support to ask about the second dirt bike I ordered and they said they would investigate and get back to me. About a day later the seller company emailed me and said a “warehouse mistake had occurred and was being investigated”. I told them multiple times that I didn’t want a refund I just wanted a second dirt bike sent in the mail. However they ignored me and issued the refund. When I attempted to just purchase a second one from this seller with the refund money, I discovered that they were out of stock. So they lied about the number they had in stock and just sent the 1 they had left, even though I paid for 2. Just hoping I wouldn’t say anything and they could just pocket my money for the second dirt bike. Super shady company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

When I received the package was damaged it was bang up so we should of refused it but it was home outside when we got home so the instructions were horrible just a sheet of paper the screws were in one package so we had to separate them and we put the top together that took all day to figure it out and then we were about to start the bottom part and realize that we had missing screws so I need to return it back so can I take it to the Walmart here
