Delivered to the wrong address. Per the USPS the barcode was not right. The items ordered at the same time from the store came so there is no reason the barcode should have been wrong unless as the Post Office indicated it was a scam

Slow slow shipping. I would have never purchased this had I known it was coming from another country

Everything came earlier, day after Christmas. Quiet it does not disturb anyone. My husband was mowing and said it went slower than he expected He used a large amount of the battery on about 3/4 of back yard. Glad there are two batteries that came with the mower. He is anxious to change the head and cut down a small tree. Really like what this mower and accessories. Thanks for making this not only affordable but also a very good mower.

I wrote to the seller to resolve the situation and he has not answered the messages. I don't recommend this seller.

No instructions. I did try to use it but I have some parts I need to install to use correctly

Plastic item with lots of parts, delivered in a flimsy little envelope rather than a box. Arrived broken. Now I have to go to trouble to return. NOT happy.

I had no idea whose product this is and there were next to no instructions. Cool concept though. Probably gonna lop off a finger or toe or two.
