Awful. The 24v ride on I purchased stopped charging properly 2 weeks after I purchased it. I had to contact the seller multiple times to even get a response. It took over 1 month to hear back from the “engineers” and they stated I would need to purchase a new battery at my cost.

Advised anyone not to buy anything from track seven try to return one because it was too small. They never got back with me. Very poor lady. Thought I was dealing with Walmart never again.

Did not disappoint. My 10 year old and 14 year old love this bike. It’s perfect for an intro to electric bikes. They ride it all over our property. It struggles on the uphills but does fine to cruise around in flat areas. My kids are both over 100lbs so a lighter smaller kid might give it the ability to go faster. One charge lasts about an hour which is always enough time. We avoid riding it through water or when it’s raining. I think the top speed is 15mph. Such a great little bike and super affordable. Definitely recommend.

Shipped us the wrong color dinosaur.. I got my grandson a GREEN ONE and they Sent me a PINK ONE!! Took forever to respond, and when they did they offered my $ 20 to keep PINK ONE!! It's not my fault your warehouse sent th wrong color!! My grandson asks me EVERYDAY about his dinosaur. I have yet to receive a response back after I turned down the he $20
