This vacuum was "refurbished" but appeared brand new. Vacuum works great.

The description online said BATTERY AND CHARGER INCLUDED. My package states battery and charger sold separately. Will return this and try another vendor. I've never experienced this issue from a Walmart vendor.

The Compressor arrived two days ahead of time. Very fast delivery.

Seller does not tell you that this comeswithout the bottom.

Do not allow this little vacuum to tip over or it will overheat. I put weights on the bottom as a base so that it is not tippy. I otherwise recommend this vacuum.

Fast shipment. No issues. Was a good thing the shipper didn't throw the box around too much because there was no protective packaging within or outside the box at all. Though with the vac being plastic and most of the components being shipped inside the vac, there probably wasn't high risk of damage or lost parts but I recently have had a number of issues with completely unrelated shipments of large things in cardboard boxes that made me questioned ordering this vac online even when delivered within 2-3 days. No issues here though.

Arrived on time with no damage. Shipping was fast.
