We open one of the two boxes. Once we had one of the barstools together we realized that it was smaller than a normal chair, so decided to return them. We returned both boxes of three stools each to a local Walmart store, who gave us a receipt for a refund for both boxes. However 39F Inc only refunded one box to us. We contacted them and I sent a copy of the refund receipt and they are making me go back to Walmart to get the refund pushed through for the second box. This has been such a hassle. I won’t be buying anything else from 39F INC.
