I was impressed with the speedy, professional delivery. The only complaint was the seal on five cups of pudding that were damaged during transition. There just needed a bit more ice packs or bubble wrap to keep them from bouncing around when they were dropped mishandled a bit rough. Maybe a fragile sticker on the outside. Otherwise I would definitely order again with food service direct. Thank you!

Every bit of this product is Freezer burned. It isn't packaged in plastic to preserve quality. The meat slices are just dumped into a cardboard box left to the environment. Meat has a Grayish-brown Appearance, leathery spots, and ALL covered in ice crystals. Meat has a Dry, tough, and chewy Texture,. Tastes Bland and off-flavor.
