Sleeves that are too wide ruin a sleek look

I bought the Junior X-Small and the bodice fits great. However, the sleeves are much too wide and ruin what should be a sleek look. I don't imagine there are too many Junior X-Small girls with 12 inch biceps and 8 inch wrists.
