Good quality fleece with moisture expelling gills. The inside net pocket is larger and even better than the one I had in the army. Rothco even stitched it along the seam so there isn't a stitch line where the pocket is at on the front.

The amount of fleece sheading was not what I was expecting, however I was able to make it work with another layer between my CAP uniform and the Jacket.

The Velcro part is already felt off, is something easy to correct but you don't expect to do it for a brand new item.

Had to return for sizing. Quality on part with manufactures other products.

It says coyote brown but it is not. If you are looking to buy this for OCP uniforms, don't. The color is wrong. This jacket is not well made. I have washed and dried it twice and it is still has fleece falling off of it non stop. Pass on this jacket and buy something that is better made and the right color.
