The frames are lovely and came well packaged. They are true to size but not as reddish tint as described on the website. The hand painted portraits of Sadie look great in the frames. My only issue was that 1 frame had black stuff on the back which got on my top when I opened up the frame.

My shipment arrived with the glass broken. I have sent an email with pictures attached.
