Sure, you could start with one item and then "add on" as you go. I know many people do this because they don't want to make the investment to buy everything up front. But trust me .. once you use one RAD product you will want them ALL. So just go ahead and invest in this kit! It covers every part of your body! The only two things not in here I'd suggest you also order are the ATOM (literally nothing like it for hams and glutes) and the CENTRE for gut/internal organs!

Honestly was a little skeptical of how these would work! At first you look at it and go, how can these things do ANYTHING! Holy crap do they work! The smallest ball is my favorite and the Rod is honestly the best roller I have ever used ! can't wait to pick up some more RAD products well worth it and the quality is great!

There is nothing that you can't work through if you have this kit in your bag. I am an ultra distance trail runner that has used this kit solely for 3 years now. I have never had an issue I couldn't address and never had a need to use any other tool. If you don't want to go through the trouble of trying to piece together your own set of tools only to find out you don't have everything you need, get this kit.

Started a new exercise regiment. Lots of soreness in upper knee due to lunges. The RAD roller really helped message the pain away. I also came down with a major head cold last week and used the small blue and black balls to roll over my face and sinuses. WOW, it immediately opened things up. No medicine needed.
