My son in law loved. He stayed up all night playing it and learning and ordering extra stuff for it.

This guitar is so much better than the first one I purchased . The sound was so beautiful but one of the strings broke while tuning. But it is replaced and is back to that beautiful sound.

Guitar was great. Strings were kinda cheap so I ordered different strings . Other than that it works great for my 12 year old . Even has a free 4 month subscription to try and learn to play.

I bought this for my younger brother's music class, and he officially has the coolest guitar. The photo does not do it justice -such a bright and mesmerizing blue color that covers the entire piece. Amazing quality and bundle for the price. I now want one for myself!

I got this guitar for my Grandson for Christmas. He loves this gift. It came in good condition. He has been upset because all the extra things in the package were missing, he only got the guitar.

The package arrived intact and no flattened, squashed parts of the carton and packaging were observed.The guitar inside was supported by a carton for support and protection but arrived broken in two at the very end, first fret.

My guitar arrived crushed. The packing box had obviously been damaged, and repaired with tape. How can this be replaced, and how soon? This is to be for my son, for Christmas. I am attaching pictures to show the condition of the guitar and the box.

The guitar claims to come with a tuner, however we did not receive a tuner. Only the strap, extra strings and the capo. Please if you can, resolve this issue.
