Not clear instructions, manual was only picture images. Overall we kove it

The entertainment stand arrived Thursday. The fireplace insert arrived Friday. I put it together with my 7 year old and had it done in a just a couple hours. The instructions were easy to read and had pictures that made it even easier. I let my 7 year old put the screws in and was a great project and time together. The LEDS are bright, has sticky backs and as a back up, has anchors to hold them in place. Other reviews said they were falling down and not sticking but if you use the anchors they'll stay put. No items were damaged in shipping, The fireplace is beautiful with several different modes, and heats up our living room quickly. This was put in our basement and it's gets cold down here in the winter. It went from 60° to 70° in just a couple hours. It is a large living room. If you're looking for a beautiful entertainment stand for a tv up to 75” with a fireplace, this is it! This was on clearance and I couldn't beat the price. Other reviews stated fireplace was noisy, but I don't think it is at all. As long as you follow the instructions everything should go together fine. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Don't be one of those men that think they don't need them LOL! I 100% recommend this beautiful piece!

For Starters, It's Way Heavier Than Expected. I Started At 10 Pm And Ended At 6 Am Because I Refused To Try And Stop Lol But Thats Just Me. By All Means Take Your Time. The Assembly Was Pretty Easy To Understand And Comprehend With The Booklet. I Just Wish It Have Better Explanation Or Definition Of Which Sides Were What. That Was Really The Only Issue I Ran Into Which Didnt Really Bother Me Much At All. It Was A Case Of “Do You Have Common Sense” Or Nah Lol. Other Than That I Love EVERYTHING About My Tv Stand. Waayyyy Bigger Than I Expected. Also Dont Run The Heater Too Long, Itll Stop Working And You'll Have To Wait A Day Or Two Days For It To Revamp.

This was easy to put together, it looks very nice, I wish it will heat up the room better, and that the little stones will be a different color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are currently trying to furnish an empty space and this came at the perfect time! The product arrived in two separate boxes- one with the parts and the other with the fireplace. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The materials weren't the highest quality, which is fine based on the cost of the product. This would be perfect for a game room or small living space like an apartment. The fireplace adds an extra oomph to the whole room although we probably won't use it much in Texas lol! I love how sleek the tv stand looks with the ability to change the lights according to the holiday or mood! The 4 compartments are open (just glass shelves) so it's harder to hide the “junk” unless you buy a board for the back to make it look more clean. Overall, pretty impressed with this product! I'm glad I got the opportunity to receive this product for free!

Fireplace fan is very noisy. After running several cycles it says "E1" error code that says it needs unplugged for 10 minutes to reset the "overheating" code. plug is never even warm. Need to call Bestier company to see if it's a problem or normal function. The instructions were easy to understand and took my husband and I about an hour to assemble. The lights under the cupboards look really nice as well as the unit all together. It matches our flooring perfectly. I'm not sure if I'd buy this unit again though due to the separate fireplace unit issues and noises.

The stand looks nice overall but for some reason the LED lights turn on by themselves… there's something wrong with it. Some of the screws are hard to put in and the instructions can be a little confusing. The pictures don't do it justice putting it together. The “ electric fireplace” heater is very loud… don't really like that I can't turn on the fireplace lights by themselves. The heater HAS to be on. Bummer. I like it, but I would've gone with something different if I knew what it would be like.

I loved this the first month or so it kept the house very warm but around 2 months after the knob broke to turn on high heat.

The photos I seen before purchasing made it look like there was some height to this. Well there isn't. The heater unit is cool it gives heat but the flames are behind the fake looking crystals and it just looks ridiculous. I'm so disappointed I went with this one. Also, the marble feature is not marble looking at all, hardly at all !

Horrible experience, I'll never shop on Walmart app anymore for nothing . I was suppose to have a nice marble entertainment center with a fireplace.. I was very livid when that's what I didn't receive. They only gave me the lil fireplace but nothing else %26 it's hard to get in touch with someone to resolve the issue .. not worth it . If it was up to me , they would get no stars
