TIP: Get a Rug Pad With This One

Needs a Pad! This is a beautiful rug and the textures make it a bold statement in any room. BUT - don't forget a rug pad for this one. Even though it looks well stablized from the pictures it will bunch up and silde on the floor, especially if you have kids or pets. The different kinds of weave in different colors is a stroke of genius for those of us who cannot afford a high priced rug - my friends are amazed when I tell them I got this at Walmart; they assumed it came from one of the 3 big rug companies online. I recommend this rug.

Are these good reviews for real?

Slippery, does not stay in place at all, it gets dirty quickly than you think. Not soft at all. The only mistake I made was thinking this was a great purchase because it looks so different, the moment I tried to wash it, a weird smell started coming out of the washer machine, so overwhelming that I had no choice but to throw it away, unbelievable waste of $70. Think twice before falling in love with this piece of garbage. Looks are definitely deceiving.
