The remote on this Sharp tv has been dropped so many times by my grands that it stopped working EXCEPT FOR ON AND OFF. Told hubby we should see if we could find a replacement and see if that was the problem....found OEM and TV works again like a charm.

if it's for a Sharp smart TV put the batteries in pointing at the TV and everything works perfectly

Love it all I had to do was add batteries and it worked immediately on my TV no download just perfect.

I only had to buy the batteries for the remote. I didn't have to program it to my tv.

The first remote that they sent to me was totally a piece of not the right thing, took forever to get here. The 2nd order for remote turned out perfect.

I needed a new remote after my dog chewed up the original. This one is the Sharp brand, and it works perfectly. No programming needed, just took it out of the box and pointed it at the tv!!
