I love this concealer so much it works super well and it lasts all day and doesn't smudge or smear. It's super easy to use I definitely recommend this!

I can't believe I ordered a medium but apparently I did. It's way too dark for me but I like how it comes out into the little end. I'm going to save up and try to get the light one

You need to add instructions on the packaging: I had to twist cap 52 times and shake down product before Amy showed on the brush. Once it worked, I liked it a lot. But, I was about to throw away!

I also had to come online to see if I can get the brush wet.. Ive been spinning the cap like mad, nothing yet.. I was expecting a regular sponge type wand, OK, so now its wet and I just tried it. I had to make 2 passes over each spot, So I would also say it isn't thick enough,I also cant use it under my eyes as I have baggage and the brush isn't co operating.. I will give it to my daughter, maybe it will work for her dark circles, It doesn't suit my age group for sure..

I will try and try again and then ask someone for help. Instructions would be nice, especially for those of us who are fairly new at make-up and only want to use a little.

I purchased this product today because my concealer ran out. I noticed the packing and applicator had changed. No longer a push up stick but I purchased it anyways thinking it was maybe a roll on applicator. Well I opened the package and after a few seconds I figured out how to get the cap off. It was the white end. It has been ten minutes and I still have not figure out how the liquid comes out. The black end twists and clicks but that did nothing. I tried shaking it to get the liquid to flow but that did nothing. I tried warming up the liquid to get it to flow. Still nothing. I tried just using the product but nothing happened. Please tell me how to get the concealer out of the pen and on to my face. Then I can review it.

I just purchased this product, and ONLY after reading reviews did I learn how to release the concealer to the brush. I tried turning the black base counterclockwise; however, no concealer is coming out. Is it defective? Do I need to get this replaced? Also, May I suggest that you please print clear directions on the package
