I received a picture that was at my grandmothers house. It is an odd size and very old. It is something that could not be trimmed to a standard frame. I ordered a frame from ArtToFrame that fit exactly, it looks fantastic. Thanks for the great service and the beautiful frame!

It is difficult to choose a frame color from you computer screen but the description and photos on the website were pretty accurate! I recieved my frames quicker than estimated. The frames were well packed in the box they cam in. I am impressed with the quality of the frames especially for the price! I am glad I chose to go with Art to Frames.

The frames are great quality and really inexpensive. I had ordered frames from Amazon that were actually more expensive, they came and were cheap with plastic instead of a glass frame. These look gorgeous and were cheaper than the ones from Amazon. I HATE paying for shipping, but once I got it I understood why they have to charge for shipping.

After completing the puzzle, I wanted to preserve it. I went to the internet and discovered how to glue it. But it needed a frame. ArtToFrame had choices..a lot of them. Espresso was the perfect shade to complement the colors in the puzzle and the frame came in the exact size I needed. The frame came expertly packaged and the result was just what I wanted. Your service is to be commended! Your accuracy as is it pertains to size was perfect! I DO have a question about quality of construction. One of the corner mitres lined up perfectly. The other ones had issues. There was a slight gap in 2 of them and one of the corners had the veneer pulling off the MDF board. I was going to place the frame in a spot that these issues would not be as noticeable but I question my confidence in ordering again and perhaps running into the same issue. Someone at quality control should have at least spotted the worst corner. I also considered that perhaps the imperfections presented themselves more overtly due to the frame being white but I would hesitate placing another order for a white frame. I do have pictures if you need a visual.

I had a big 36 x 48 poster I wanted framed. It was looking like a very expensive framing job. It had to be a wood frame, not plastic. But when I found ArtToFrames on the internet, they had a frame of the right (large) size with lucite instead of glass, which was a good and economical alternative. Ordered it, and it arrived 16 days later by FedEx (of whom I will not speak). The packaging was huge but lightweight, bubble wrap enclosed in heavy cardboard. Opening up the cardboard, I didn't see the heavy-duty staples and managed to injure my hands on them. But the frame was undamaged!

I have been very pleased with your product with a couple exceptions. The hanging wire that you send when the piece is to be hung horizontally has been insufficient these last two times so I have to go out and purchase my own. The other issue this time was with FedEx. They delivered during a rainstorm with no notification that they had anything for me. The external box was totally saturated through but luckily the frame was unharmed because of how you packaged the piece. I know that you cannot do anything about FedEx but I had setup to be notified with them the movement of the package. Needless to say I wasn't.
