Could be a little more economically friendly, since it will be lower class people fitting a multitude of people I'm using them. I don't know what the profit margins are, but if they're above 20% reducing them to less than 20%, give the families more money to spend on sheets, mattresses, etc.

Kids love it! 200lbs for top bunk. Not easy to assembled although do not regret buying. Make sure you measure for bottom trundle before building. We were 9 inches off and had to rebuild lol

The trundle is actually a twin not a full that's described. So make sure to purchase the correct size mattresses.

The stair assembly was a bit challenging to follow via the photos but all in all it was not too bad. Took about 6 hours though and two people!!

Bed came in 3 boxes about a week apart from each other. Thank God all the pieces were accounted for. Pretty easy set up with two people. The bed that pulls out on the very bottom was a twin, unlike the full size advertised. Sturdy enough for the kids. Overall, I think it's priced a little high for what you get, but a beautiful looking bed.

Top bed is not fitting properly..there is a gap and it shakes. i am little scared. i dont understand why there is not a proper fix, there is just 4 cylindrical smal rods which is connecting upper bunk with lower bunk. i feel i got a faulty piece because the picture in the order shows no gap but when we built it there is a big gap

I need the 3rd box but we didn't receive it. Unfortunately you don't know that it should be 3 boxes, not two, until you take everything out of the box and the assembly instructiins say 'if you only received 2 boxes call customer service' (and there is no number). We had unfortunately removed the existing bed so there's nowhere to sleep until this is resolved.

I spent the entire day clearing out my 2 daughters room completely because we got them all new furniture. I spent about 2.5-3 hours building this bed, only to get towards the end and realize they didn't send all of the pieces to build the stairs, and I also do not have any of the slats that go across the full bed! So my 2 daughters have no bed to sleep on. they can't get to the top bunk because there is no stairs and they cannot use the bottom because there's nothing to lay a mattress on. They are stuck on the couch. Even if I returned this I would have to take it all apart and then wait weeks for a new one to come in the mail. I am so upset about this. I did receive 3 boxes out of 3 boxes, but am missing a ton of pieces.

DON'T BYE THIS. instructions terrible. Everytime my child moves in her sleep it sounds like it will break. on the 90th day the stairs look like they are about to fall off. It's not a available item for website refund/return. At first totally in love with it. by week two she was scared to go down the stairs because they are too steep. Still wants to keep even though she can't get down the stairs too tinkle at night. wasted my child's income tax and I will never do this again.

The bed wobbles
