I purchased this to frame a painting I purchased in the streets of Cuba. It arrived safely in several layers of cardboard and was easy to assemble the hanging wire with the included instructions. The color of the frame looks fabulous! I recommend this frame and this company.

I couldn't have picked a better frame nor color for my Diamond Art painting that I did for my brother! From the photo, you can see how it highlights the actual picture and makes it stand out! My brother and I are a year apart and we both graduated in the 80's, what a fabulous decade! I can't tell you how happy I am that I have truly found this frame manufacturer, I haven't been disappointed yet!!

We like everything about this frame, except that it was delivered in the poring rain and left outside far away from the covered front porch on a fence post near the street!! Really?However, the frame was very well packaged and not a drop came inside. We definitely recommend the seller, if not the deliverer!

Taking over a month to get a frame is a bit ridiculous. I want to give the benefit of the doubt that it's due to covid; if not, the time I waited for my frame would make me not order from them again. Fit my art work perfectly, though. I'm very pleased that it arrived packaged very carefully.

Good morning,The frame arrived on time and as ordered. I was just put off by the lack of customer service. I ordered this frame ~5 minutes after ordering another frame and had included a note requesting that the shipping costs be combined and that the frames be sent in one order. I never received a response. It may be that, in the end, I was only charged once for shipping, but I have never received an email.Debbie
