I'm reviewing these knives after eight months of extensive use. Many of these knives have been used on a daily basis and all have been used at least on a weekly basis. They hold a very sharp edge and cut amazingly. As an added plus, they look as nice as they did on day one too. I'd buy these knives again in a second.

I was given a set of "lower end" henckels knives as a gift several years ago and have enjoyed them tremendously. I have wanted a set of "pro series" knives for some time influenced by my previous experience. as I have recently, gradually become our primary household cook, I felt justified in the indulgence. my expectations have been vastly exceeded. the knives are visually beautiful, handle well and cut quickly and precisely through any food to which they are applied. my only regret is that I waited as long as I did to own them.

nives are great .block is too big. i bought the 12 slot draw organizer. wish i could trade in block for something else that will fit in my kitchen like the 8 slot draw organizer

These feel extremely durable and of high quality. I have been looking for a knife set for quite some time and my amazing boyfriend surprised me with this set for our anniversary! I am looking forward to cooking with these knives for years to come.

After days & hours of research it was a toss up between these and the Wusthof classic Ikons. I went to William Sonoma to feel the handles, and after comparing the two I purchased these. And let me just tell you I’m so glad I did!!! Now that I've got them home and used them, the feel of these knives are amazing. The grip feels so natural and smooth and the blade is so sharp I don’t think I’m going to need to sharpen them for a long while. But also the knife block has such an ergonomic modern design w/ slits in the bottom where each knife sits, so if a knife has even the slightest bit of water still on the blade it will not just sit at the bottom of the block and get moldy like other block sets. The design of the block and the knives are AMAZING, 10/10 would recommend.

These blades not only slide through produce like a dream, but they’ve held up wonderfully the past few months. The feel is sturdy and the knife block is solid as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knifes are well-balanced with a nice heft. The only drawback is the scissors has plastic handle instead of 100% metal. The sharpening staff does not feel to be in the same category as the knife.
