I love this Cast Iron skillet. It feels like a heavy-duty skillet, it has a beautiful blue color and I absolutely love the design on the bottom, reminds me of the crust of a pie. The two dripless pour spouts are great for removing excess oil while cooking and I really appreciate Tramontina for providing two handles on the skillet so that you can make sure your grip is secure while removing the skillet from a burner or placing the skillet in the oven. I would recommend this skillet to everyone especially because of the skillets enameled coating, it allows you to have a great cast iron skillet without all of the maintenance of a traditional cast iron skillet.

I tried out the new 10 inch enamel cast iron skillet and I am so impressed. I did not have to pre grease it at all, cleanup was super easy, and it browned my meatballs perfectly. They cooked evenly and came out great. The skillet feels like such good quality and has a nice, solid weight to it. I am already excited to use it again for my cornbread soufflé for Thanksgiving. Really happy with this skillet so far.

This is another great pan from Tramontina! I love the scalloped design on the pan, even though it doesn't affect the way the pan is used. Another thing I love is the size! It's perfect for making a meal for 2-3 people. I made steak in this pan and it seared evenly and didn't stick. I like that it has the little pour spouts on each side, it makes it easy to pour the delicious gravy you make, from the little bits and pieces, over your perfectly fried steak. Cleanup was easy! I am impressed with this pan! Oh and I love that it has a handle on each side as the pan is quite heavy and it helps to balance it when you lift it.

This skillet can be used for a wide range of cooking, from stovetop to oven, searing, sautéing, and braising. with the temperature of up to 450 degrees, I can use it in oven to table serving. I like the combination of cast iron and enamel creates a very durable and long-lasting piece of cookware.

I've only used it a couple of times but I already know I'm in love with it. Say hello to the best cornbread, pretty sure the pan helps lol. Everything you would expect, weight, durability and no problems going from stovetop to oven.

i received this product to try as part of a review program. i love it! i regularly use cast iron and found this pleasant to fry and sear in. it was easy to clean and has a nice weight to it, and looks nice as well!

We love this more than our other cast iron! The handle doesn't get hot, it browns our meat perfectly, and is easy to clean.

This skillet is great for frying and baking. Even heat distribution. Easy to handle and beautiful blue color.

I like how heavy duty this pan is and that it is ceramic! It cooks pretty well and would do better with medium to low temps on the stove top to prevent sticking and medium to high heat in the oven. I can see making a cobbler in it in the oven!
