[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hiking boot/shoe laces by INSPIRE CHIC are noticeably different than the laces I usually use. They seem a little thicker/plumper, and they have a little stretch or flexibity to them. They do grip nice when you tie the knot. And they are fairly lightweight, being made from polyester. I thought I'd lace up one of my hiking shoes along with one of my hiking boots, so you can see how they fit each one. (When you buy them, it'll say how many eyelets they'll work for, but I think it's good to have a visual.) As you can see, they work well with both. There's ample lace length to tie with each, and neither one has ends that hang too far down once they're tied. I also provided a pic of them untied, for a visual. I wasn't too sure about the black with white colors matching my brown boots, but I actually like the look. I'm very happy with them and can't wait for spring, so I can get outside and go hiking! (I live where there's about 3 feet of snow on the ground right now.)
